We offer several packages to meet your needs, however, if you don’t see what your looking for just ask and we would be happy to customize something just for you! We can find a way to make most budgets work and give you a product you are proud to show off!

  

Unoccupied homes:

We can stage homes of all sizes so no worries if you just want a couple rooms done or if you need an entire home completed! We will do an on-site consultation that lasts approximately 1-3 hours to create the perfect plan for your space. We will then spend approximately 1-2 days in your home to designing, arranging and making it picture perfect! Staging includes 30-day contract for all furniture and accessory rentals, additional time may be negotiated if home remains unsold. Pricing varies but is approximately 30-50% of the original quoted price.

 

Occupied Homes:

 

Option 1:

2-3 Hour In-home Consultation: Includes a walk through the entire house creating a design plan for you. Tips for furniture arrangement, décor ideas, bedding choices, creating a color scheme, decluttering and space saving ideas to make the room feel as big as possible. You get to pick our brains on what we would do if we were going to stage the space, so you have the tools necessary to complete the project on your own!

         *does not include furniture or accessory rentals from my inventory or actual furniture moving.

 

Option 2:

Full day Consultation: Includes a walk-through of the entire home to create a design plan with you (approximately the first 2 hours). We will spend the rest of the day, approximately 6 hours, with you in your home arranging furniture, dressing beds, decluttering, organizing the home to make it picture perfect using what you already have. During this time, I may suggest that you change the color scheme, purchase additional items like bedding, pillows, lamps etc. that I feel will really transform the space.

        *does not include furniture or accessory rentals from my inventory, if you decide once we meet that you would like to rent furniture or accessories that will be priced on an individual basis we additional rental contract.

 

Option 3:

Consultation with Furniture/Accessory Rentals: For a lived-in home

We have the option to allow you to rent certain furniture and accessories from our inventory. This option requires a 2- hour consult required to get a design plan, packing list and to assess the scope of work. Once the scope of work is determined, we will create a custom pricing for your project. Then we will come back and spend approximately 1-2 days staging the home. Staging prices include 30-day contract for all furniture and accessory rentals, additional time may be negotiated if home remains unsold. Pricing varies but is approximately 30-50% of the original quoted price.
